Ingredients
250g - 300g flour
1tbs baking powder
1/2tbs aniseed
1/2tbs cinamon
1cup black raisins
2tbs orange cut in small cubes
500ml water
oil for frying
Preparation
1. Mix flour, baking powder, aniseed and cinamon all together in a bowl.
2. Add raisins and orange cubes and mix once more.
3. Pour the water in so it forms a not too thin or thick batter, should stick to the spoon.
Cooking
1. Take the batter with a spoon, drop a ball in the oil and deepfry it.
2. Make sure to roll the balls around from time to time to get an even fry.
3. Take them out when they have a nice brown color and put them on a cooling rack or paper towels.
EXTRA They are much better when you drizzle some honey and cinamon on top!
